Chantae is thrilled to call Southern Oregon her home. She was born and raised in the Rogue Valley and wouldn’t have it any other way. As a graduate of Eagle Point High School and Southern Oregon University, she has a great working knowledge of the area which has grown into a passion for understanding the local real estate market.

Chantae is a wife and the mother to two amazing kiddos, Annabelle 4 and Dayson 2.  She is also an avid reader in her spare time. Alongside her husband, Chantae recently finished her fifth renovation project. These projects have ranged from adding additional dwelling units, to the full renovation of an East Medford duplex. Chantae enjoys all the fun and challenges that renovations entail. 

Real estate has long been a passion of hers and she is now taking that same passion with into her working life! Even before real estate, Chantae has always been in the business of serving customers. She is the ultimate sales woman, with over 14 years of customer facing sales experience. Most recently, she managed the Biddle Road Starbucks for 4 years, immediately followed by 3 years of successful ownership of her own women’s clothing boutique. Her success has been driven by her creative energy, integrity, and strong work ethic which she will use for every detail of your real estate transaction.
